How to Record Desktop Screen with Audio


Do you need to record all activities on the desktop screen and add sound simultaneously? Such as a video tutorial via your desktop and games or videos playing on your desktop with sound. PCHand Screen Recorder is the perfect tool for recording videos of your desktop activity for demos, presentations and tutorials. It allows you to record the audio from PC or microphone while you narrate and create AVI files. This article provides a step-by-step explanation of how to record desktop with sound, using PCHand Screen Recorder.


Step 1: Run PCHand Screen Recorder, then choose the appropriate “Full Screen” or “Selected Region”


Step 2: Click on the “Video” tab to set “Video Settings”. You could choose SWF, AVI, WMV, MP4, or MPG, FLV as output format, and also set the output quality and cursor settings.


Step 3: Click on the “Audio” to set “Audio Setting”, and then tick the “Record Audio” to set “Audio Setting”.

Step 4: Click on “Output” to set “Output Setting” and then save it as “save manually” or “auto save”.



Step5: Click on or use the hotkey to start recording. You should keep the program window on screen.


Step6: Click on or use the hotkey to stop recording.
