  • How long will I get your support response?
    Generally speaking, we will send you feedback within 1 business day. For weekends or holidays, you may get a reply within 24 - 48 hours according to different cases. But actually, you will get a response in few hours or immediately in most cases.
  • How can I remove the watermark?
    You will see the watermark if you use an un-registered version. What you have to do is to registere with your registered email and registered code. If you haven't get the registered information, please visit http://www.screen-capture-record.com/purchase.html to place an order first.
  • I've received a keycode, how can I register?
    When you successfully purchase PCHand software, you will receive an email including a download link and registered information.
    First of all, you have to download product, uninstall the former version and install the new one.
    Second, launch the program, click "Help" -> "Register" and then copy & paste the registered information.
  • Can I get a trial version before purchase?
    Of course, we are offering TRY BEFORE BUY mode. You are welcomed to evaluate PCHand software before you purchase. During the evaluation period, technical support is also available.
  • What's the limitation of the trial version?
    The limitations include: 1) watermark on the output file; 2) 15 days for trial. The functionality and support service exactly the same in the trial version and full version.
  • Why my registered information is invaild?
    That may be caused by several possible reasons.
    1. Entry Error. We recommend you directly copy and paste the registered information including in the email. Please make sure there is no space before or after the code.
    2. Wrong Product. Please make sure you've purchased and download the right products.
    3. License code is for old version, please download the lastest version and try again. If it's still invalid, please contact us.
  • What can I do if I lost my keycode?
    You could retrieve the keycode with your order number and email address. Keycode will be sent within 10 minutes in most cases.
    If you lost the order number, please contact us via support@pc-hand.com with your order number or email address which you placed the order. Keycode will be sent within 1 business day.
    If you lost both order number and email address, we are sorry we could not do anything to help. Please contact SWREG or REGNOW directly to retrieve your order number with more detailed information if luck enough. So please at least keep your order number in order to retrieve keycode instantly.

  • How long will I receive regiestered information?
    Normally, you will receive keycode via Email instantly after your successful purchase. Please note, you MUST provide a valid Email address when you fill in the Billing Information. We would strongly recommend you to keep a record of your registered email, order number for further use even if you have already received the keycode.
  • Can I change the Email Address after purchase?
    You are NOT allowed to change the email address to get a new keycode, except for the following reasons:
    1. You didn't confirm your email address carefully, and typed in an invalid email, which missed some characters. Thus you never received any registered information from PCHand Software.
    2. You don’t want to use the former email anymore. But you have to provide a certification that the new email address is under the same name of the former user.
  • What is extended download Service?
    Extended Download Service is provided by SWREG or REGNOW, and this fee is charged by them as well. When you buy the Extended Download Service, SWREG or REGNOW guarantees you may redownload your software for a period of two years after the date of purchase. However, you have the rights to choose not to purchase this service. It's totally depending on your needs.
  • How could I purchase a back up CD of the software?
    If you want to purchase a back up CD of the software, please click the green "Add" button to Add Backup of your order on CD-ROM for just US $9.99, shipping & handling fees apply. This CD service is provided by SWREG.
  • How long will it take to receive the CD?
    When you order the CD, SWREG will batch these nightly and they are shipped the following day. They need to allow 7 business days for the CD to be received and can reship after that timeframe if the customer indicates non-receipt.
  • How could I use the product before receiving the CD?
    You will also receive an Email with keycode and download link if you purchase a Backup CD. You could download the product first before receiving the CD.
  • Why I don't receive keycode after purchase?
    That may be caused by serveral possible reasons:
    1. The email may go the Trash box because of your email setting. Please have a check first.
    2. The email address you privided was invalid when you purchased the product.
    3. Your Email service provider rejects Emails from unknown senders

    If you are under one of the last two situations, please contact us via support@pc-hand.com with your order number.
  • What is your license policy?
    PCHand Software licenses are basic on the installation, including Single-User License, Multi-User License & Site License, which are adequate for any PCHand products. For more details, please visit License Policy page.
  • What is your refund policy?

    PCHand software has 30 Days Money Back Guarantee in the following situation:
    1. You purchased a wrong product, and had already bought a right one. Please request a refund with your new order number.
    2. The product has a lot of bugs and can't run correctly. Please request a refund with the log file that is in C:\Program Files\PCHand ***\ by default.

    Note, PCHand Software have trial version for evaluation, which has no functionality limitations. Please be sure to download, install, and test-drive the trial versions before you decide to purchase.
    In this case, PCHand Software do NOT accept the following reasons to request a refund, including, but not limited to "You don't need the product anymore" / "PChand software is not the one you need" / "Somebody else use your credit card to make this order" / "You don't like PCHand software", etc.

  • What is your upgrade policy?
    Any registered users has free upgrade always for usual update, and discount upgrade for super improvement.
